They partnered with Lune Studio to modernise their online presence, improve accessibility for families, and pioneer new digital tools — becoming one of the first care providers in the UK to launch an AI-powered website chatbot.

We developed a modern, responsive website with a calm and welcoming design that mirrors The Sands’ values. The new site includes clear service information, an easy-to-use enquiry form, and enhanced SEO to increase visibility in local searches. Most notably, we integrated one of the first AI-powered chatbots in the UK care sector — providing families with instant answers to their questions 24/7, improving accessibility, and reducing the burden on staff handling routine enquiries.
